Where do I find my virtual item code?
Where your code is depends on where you got it:
- Jazwares action figures: Look on the front of the package. The code is on a token or on a code card stuck inside the plastic packaging. To see where to look, watch the Jazwares video.
- Roblox Approved Merchandiser Program products: These products have the badge shown below. The packaging or hang tag tells you where the code card is. Follow the redemption steps printed on the card.
- All other virtual item codes (for example, Prime Gaming or Verizon): Follow the steps below.
How do I redeem my code?
- Physical card only: If the code is covered, gently scratch off the covering. If you have a digital code, skip this step.
- Log in to the Roblox account you want the item on.
- Go to the Code Redemption page.
- Digite seu código na caixa Inserir Código de brinquedo.
- Select Redeem.
- Find your new item in your Inventory. Look in the right category for the item, such as hat, backpack, head, or accessories.
Good to know
- Each account can redeem a code for a given virtual item only once. If your account already has the item, you can give the code to another player.
- Virtual items from codes can’t be traded or sold.
